Problem with SEF and CGI...

i use mambo 4.5.2 and SMF 1.1 RC2 with a bridge...

when i enable the SEF in mambo all worsk ok...

if i enable the same funtion in SMF forum this function not work fine...
and i find this text :

" This changes the format of URLs a little so search engines will like them better. They will look like index.php/topic,1.html.

This feature will not work on your server."

this problem is due to fact that i've a CGI configuration in my apache server?

can i fix this problem??

You are using SMF with Mambo bridged? If yes, you anyway have to set the SEF on in mambo and off in SMF, to make it work properly.
