Cant view members when going through administration center

Is the error I am getting.

I suspect that stop spammer was not installed correctly...

Thank you for the reply, sorry for the photo. Just uninstalled and deleted the package although the issue is still their.

The reason for listing them in text is because a lot of the support team use mobile devices while providing support and it's much easier for them that way. :)
