Thank you for the reply, sorry for the photo. Just uninstalled and deleted the package although the issue is still their.

The reason for listing them in text is because a lot of the support team use mobile devices while providing support and it's much easier for them that way.

Sorry I misunderstood, thought a screen shot of it and not the actual file. Let me try and figure out how to get it and get it attached. Sorry for the confusion on my end.
