Having difficulty understanding how to get a Daily or Weekly Digest to work.

I have an Administrator account and a User account.

What do I need to do as Admin to make this work?

I am looking for those Users that want it, to get a Daily or Weekly Email that has a Digest of all the Postings added to the Forum.

In your profile is the ability to receive notifications of any board subscribed to on a daily or weekly basis which will do what you want but it would be user choice and they'd have to select which boards they want emails for. It won't be just one email though, I believe. I could be wrong about that.

OK, I am experimenting with enabling notifications and I will see what happens.

Maybe I misunderstood what a digest is. I thought that a user would get a summary of the new posts either on a daily or weekly basis depending on what was chosen.

If a user subscribes to a board, he can get its contents on a daily digest.
But he has to subscribe to each board, there isn't a "subscribe me all" option.

Also, ensure the Daily/Weekly Notification Summary is set in your scheduled Tasks.

Actually, there's a mod for this, but I think it has some performance issues.

OK, I have it working. Thanks to all for you advice.

I have just added a post to the Forum for a Board which I have Notify enabled. Then I used the Daily Run Now feature in Scheduled Tasks and received an Email
