Any way to make members post url\links after making X number of posts?

Any way to make members post url\links after making 10 number of posts?
I have just installed smf forum to my site but cant figured it out.
Is there any such option available or possible?
Like you cant post urls/links until you have 10 number of posts?

i figured it out thanks.
there was a plugin anti spam links which have done the trick or work.
Now i want 1 thing i want to make a column of the recent post made.
i need the column next to home help search etc
