Changing forum body colour

Hi everyone i was hoping you would be kind enough to help me.
Im using this GTA theme for my forum but im wanting to make the main body colour  of the forum darker or make it less transparent so it would be easier to see. Because at the moment the image is too in your face does anyone know exactly where this is in the index.css

Yes it is Shambles.

And sorry Kindred but i could not find the a thread deticated to his theme. Thats why i asked here.

on the page you downloaded the theme from http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=2727 there is a link to comment on the theme. that would be the link to the support topic for that theme.
