Database Error (2.1 Beta 2)

I override current files with SMF2.1 Beta 2 and found this error on clicking profile menu (on top left). Says loading but profile menu is not opened.

Run upgrade.php to fix

Sorry, but none is available in the package. Should I use 2.1 Beta 1 upgrade files?

the upgrade files are in the "other" folder.

Thank you Illori. I almost forget that other folder. I ran upgrade.php and the error is now gone. This problem is now marked as solved.

Some error... This is what I get when trying to run upgrade.php

Warning: require_once(/home/ncoelhoc/public_html/phely/other/Sources/Subs-Auth.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ncoelhoc/public_html/phely/other/upgrade.php on line 804

Edit:

Moved the upgrade to the root folder, and was able to run it.
