Creating a button for custom PM

Hi, I would need to create a button that works in this way:
1- User click on the button
2- He receive automatically a custom PM with data that I (Admin) filled previously

What do you think? Is it very complicated? Please indicate me what are the steps to follow, or give me a small idea to start. Im am a bit confused

Is there any mod similar to my button?

Not thinking how and where that button is generated, it's fairly easy.

Just require Subs-Post.php and use the function
