Disabling Secret Question

Greetings everyone, how can I disable Secret question for users? The reason why I'm asking this is if someone find out the secret question answer, member's account may lost.

The secret question is there for when users lose their password and/or no longer have access to the email used for registration. It's an additional layer to protect account integrity, and should not be removed.

and if someone finds out the user's password, the account would be compromised as well....


In general, we do not tell people how to remove security measures that we have....
