I want to start consumer complaint forum so any for this?
Because there should be "create new complaint" instead of "create new topic"

Like Illori said; changing the text string is pretty easy. Just go into your theme/languages/index.english.php. Search for all instances of new topic, and change them to whatever you would like.

So for example of one instance-

Find:

Code Select Expand

$txt['new_topic'] = 'New Topic';
Replace with:

Code Select Expand

$txt['new_topic'] = 'New Whatever';

Just know that when you change the text, it will change it for every board/section you create on that forum.

In regards to the review system; can you be a little more specific with what you are trying to do?

suppose i made moderator for a board then solved and total posts should show on his profile of that board

that is not how SMF works, particularly...

You are asking in the right place (mod requests) but what you are asking is not a minor mod.

You would need a db query checking the user's posts, then filtering to that specific board...    and also a method of determining whether the user has marked a post as solved

(and do you mean posts by that use which have been marked as solved or posts that the user has solved for other users?)
