Can some one help me how to make a glow and color on custom username in my own forum?

1- "someone help me" is a useless title. Many of us skim the message titles looking for things that we can help with. Your title gives no clue about what you need help doing...

2- there is not currently any way to colorize of glow an individual username.   All of the current mods do it by whatever group that user is assigned to
