Emails errors

In log errors I see this:
IP of GoogleBot

There were errors when sending mail. Error: 422 try again in 10 second (s)

An email SMF was sending (I'm guessing you have mail queue activated and use SMTP) was returned because it exceeded the allowed quota for the recipient

Yes I have Newsletter mod and SMTP. But why this errors come from Google IP? Everyday always on this same time about 4 am.

Mail queue is triggered by anyone browsing your forum, either a member, a guest or even a bot.
If there are mails in the queue, any page load by whoever loads it triggers a new sending

That's why you see Googlebot's IP in the log. That mail attempt was triggered by it.

Check your mail queue. You should find one or several emails with a clearly high "Age". These are usually resent mails which repeatedly fail

Ok. I'm finishedchecking log server but I'm don't find nothing from email - there is no errors about email. So what I should to do?

AFAIK SMF doesn't keep any log about sent emails and I also don't know any MOD which adds that functionality. So the only possibility I see is to check the logs of the SMTP server (if you can access that).
I suppose that the log could also store the destination email but I'm not sure how easy it would be to do so...
