Los usuarios del foro incluyendome no podemos postear por un error

Vengo pidiendo ayuda urgente por favor.
Llevamos varios dias por no decir semanas que los usuarios del foro al tratar de postear imagenes no pueden porque les sale este error:

Al menos tienes dos errores diferentes, el primero es que hay error de conexión con la base de datos, así que tienes que revisar los datos que estén correctos y con tu host para ver si no es caída del servidor de bases de datos.

El segundo es que intenta enviar de nuevo un header que ya está puesto, probablemente derivado de los problemas de conexión de tu host y el servidor de la base de datos.
