Reuse deleted number for Boards/Topics/Profile

For example if I deleted my board=1.0, can I reuse 1.0 later?

nope. not unless you have still have the board and can change the name and reuse it.

Well, you could do some manual work in the database to make it happen but it's seriously not recommended unless you know precisely what you're doing and are comfortable with doing queries by hand in the database.
