Karma Mod

I'd like to have it set up so that I can make it so that certain membergroups can give more than one applaud/smite within the time period.

For example, regular members can do 1 Applaud/smite, members with above 1000 posts can do 3 applaud/smites, and mods can do 5 applaud smites.  I'd also like to see it set up so that the members don't have to give the max number of applaud/smites (for example, a mod can decide to only do 2 applauds/smites).

Does anyone know of any mods like this (or be kind enough to make one?    )
