I suddenly lost my æøå-characters

Today my spesific Norwegian letters have disappeared! I haven't done anything with my forum or database the last days, so I don't know where to search. My language file is norwegian-utf8. My forum is http://hellasforum.net

When I write a new post letters are ok. Only old posts are affected. SMF-menus (in admin area) work well!

Any help is really appreciated!

How lost? Are they transliterated to latin equivalents or are they broken?

Content tables must have been affected by an operation such as upgrading DB version on the host side; or it could be anything that could cause collation changes. Or if you somehow changed something on the DB; like playing with tables' properties, columns.

I contacted my host and now they have fixed it. I don't know what they did.
