When I try to apply the patch, I receive the error I need almost PHP 5.3.

In the admin section I read I have:

Versione installata: SMF 2.0.13
Ultima versione disponibile: SMF 2.0.14
Versione GD: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Versione MySQL: 5.6.34-log
PHP: 5.2.17
Versione server: Apache

The problem is that on my Dreamhost panel it appears I have PHP 5.6.
Fully Hosted with PHP 5.6

What is my error?

You actually need PHP 5.4 not 5.3 for the patch, but it seems that your host has configured things so that the folder SMF lives in is set to 5.2 not 5.6.

Ask your host to change it for you.

Everything solved.

I wrote to support and they answered in this way:

"Hello Raffaele,

Thank you for writing in to support! I am sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your domains. The following lines of code were
forcing the older version of php for your sites:

AddHandler php-cgi .php
Action php-cgi /cgi-bin/dispatch.cgi".

I just deleted them.

Everything is now working correctly and I updated the forum :)

Tks again for the help!
