My guess is that you will need to manually edit the QueryString.php file in the Sources directory... locate the code that may have been left behind by that module when you uninstalled and remove it... a search on the term embed should do it... upload it back to server overwriting the old one

Good Luck...

What's the name of the module that you uninstalled? Is it the ohara Youtube embed module? If that is it check in Sources/Subs.php for term Ohara...

Okay, that module only makes two edits that matter... if there is nothing in Sources/Post.php then I would download a fresh copy of repair_settings.php from here in the tools section of this site's download area, upload it to your root server directory, then navigate your browser to yoursite.com/repair_settings.php and it should display a screen showing you all the critical settings for your site, at the bottom of that screen it may or may not show you a link to remove hooks, if it is there click it and then save if all the other settings look correct as well...

it will always show that link, it removes ALL hooks, so you should only do this if you have a clean set of files uploaded as it can crash your forum if other mods are installed that use hooks.
