help me modify the ranking system

i'm running the 2.14 /15

i want to modify the ranking system in a way to add a time factor
thus for a member to reach the next rank
they need to post a number of posts during a period of time,
if they post too much extra posts not counted

what i need is the code to change
no need to create a mod
