Hi all

Was going to ask how to get my email working but it seems to have started up by itself. 😃

However, I do have a question. Is it possible to send a message to all the site members, (less that 50) at one shot within having to send each individual member separately. I've looked through the Forum and can't seem to find this exact info.

Hi

Thanks. can't find anything there. I just need to know how I get to the place on my Forum using the Admin thing or whatever to where I can send a message, news letter or whatever to ALL the members at the same time. I can see how to send to individuals by clicking on their Email envelope in the members list. I told you I was dumb!!

Hi

OK, I see the box on the left of the member name, when I click it, it takes me to that member and puts up a message box, OK so far, how do I select ALL the members at the same time?

You, uh, don't. You use the options it has to send to all groups (the option you're trying to use is for a single member, e.g. all of a certain group plus the admin separately).

You could read the manual I linked, it should help explain how to use it.

Hi

From the manual: Clicking on the Advanced link underneath the membergroup listing gives you access to the following options:
E-mail Addresses - In this box you can add any additional e-mail addresses that you would like the newsletter to be sent to.

There is no Advanced link that I can see.

Lets face it I'm not savvy enough to do this, I'll just have to email each member individually. I'm totally stumped.

Thanks anyway for trying to help.

See if the attached makes it clearer for you.
After you have selected the Membergroups you want to receive it, select 'Advanced' and send your message from there.
