I can see from that screenshot that there's some kind of non-standard human-readable URL structure involved: /foro/profile/%D1%F1%D1/

That mod needs to be fixed or uninstalled

Cannot reproduce, either in a UTF8 environment or in a latin1 environment.  Closing this one out.
