RC2 popup counter error

I have just upgraded from rc1 to rc2 and getting the error shown in the picture



If I click the link to the error I get this



I removed all mods before doing the upgrade and didnt get any errors during the upgrade, but I have no clue how to fix this any help would be very much appreciated

I think I have just fixed this, I have my own set of smileys and set that as the default and changed the path to suit it all appears error free now
