Forum error to package reinstall

Hy everybody! I need a bit help because i was reinstalled a package of " Yet Another YouTube BBCode " and now its not working my forum and i have a error message also..
Error
Call to undefined function BBCode_YouTube_Embed()

What is wrong with this and how i can fix? Thanks for help
