Autolink links?

Hello,

Is there a way we are able to automatically apply links to users that post a full naked URL?

i.e. https://www.simplemachines.org/ auto links on here, but on our forum, it doesn't.

We would like it to be automatically linked, rather than having to insert the BBC code.
