Creating new board to link off to other site`s

Just a little question here,

I`ve created a board that only link`s off to another website but my question it how to make it link off to another web site and open a new tag or window instead of just linking off and removing the user from the smf forum, ?  Is this possible to do,


Redirect to a web address:
Enable this option to redirect anyone who clicks on this board to another web address.

Address to redirect users to:
For example: "http://www.simplemachines.org".


As when you put the link into the section needed to link off,...it goes directly to that website when it would be much better to open a new tag or window to display the other site and keeping the user on smf at the same time.

Any Idea`s anyone
