Package manager is not displaying edit link for errors.

And, what version are you on, have you tried on the default theme, do you get any errors in your log? - you know the drill. Just a screenshot tells very little.

I haven't noticed this with either a fresh install or upgrade

in your image though I do see little dots there either like the image doesn't want to be displayed or maybe you changed the image?
can you click on those dots? I mean they are tiny but are they clickable?

Ok, was the theme.  Looked like Curve but it's actually a custom responsive version.  Widgets are displayed in default Curve.  Thanks.
