Forced Topic Reading

I wont ask it is it possible im sure it is, but how would i go about doing it, i basically need a modification that will force users logged in to read selected topics before there allowed to progress any further in the forums. any ideas ?

No clue, but a very nice idea.  I would use this if someone were to create a mod for it.
