My users are unable to upload any attachments. They get a message like the following:

"Clip_15.jpg There was a problem during the uploading of Clip_15.jpg.
The upload directory is full. Please contact an administrator about this problem. 0.3 MB

It's very strange, because cpanel shows me having used only 784.59 MB out of a quota of 102,400.00 MB

I have looked around in the admin section but haven't found anything about the upload directory. Is this something that I can fix from the admin section? Or must I get help from the hosting service?

Navigate to Admin -> Attachments & Avatars -> Attachment Settings

On that page you can increase various values including "Max attachment directory space".

Default settings for Maximum number of files per directory = 1000 and Max attachment directory space = 10240KB are really very low.  Many ftp servers are configured so that they will display maximum of 9998 files in ftp client, even if there are more, and cpanel file manager will choke on that many files, so you're left with no good way to manage attachments.  Directory space should be set to a value that doesn't discourage you from doing frequent backups.

When in Emor, do as the Snamors.

That fixed it. Thanks.
