Admin posts as different member

Believe there's a mod that allows admin to assign a post to different member, can't find it.   Anyone have the link?

I wish it had the option to use a drop-down box to select the member's name.

Install the mod. When you type the first characters of a username a dropdown list will appear with usernames starting with those characters ...
