deleting 2.0.nn update mods

I've several SMP update mods listed in my mods list

SMF 2.0.16 / 2.0.17 / 2.0.18 / 2.0.19 Update(s)

none of these have been installed during the 2.1.3 upgrade

can I safely remove these files without effecting 2.1.3?

Yes, the upgrade would have replaced all the files including those fixes.
