Why doesn't desktop version work on iphone with smf?

desktop does not work in chorme browser, what is the reason?

SMF 2.1 doesn't have separate desktop and mobile versions. The CSS simply checks the width of the window and adjusts the layout to fit.
I promise you nothing.
