Moderation Preferences tab is missing

At the following wiki page it shows the last tab should be "Preferences". This tab is missing in my forum. Any idea why it's not there?  Thank you!

There is no Preferences tab, preferences are in Change Settings.

What I was trying to do was set admins to receive emails in addition to alerts when posts & new users needed to be moderated.  I think it used to be under the Preferences tab under Moderate.  Is it now at Admin>Configuration>Notifications?  I'm assuming I need to make those choices under each admin's account if I have multiple admins?  TY!

Looks like in Admin > Configuration > Features and Options > Notifications > Alert Preferences you can set notication preferences for all users.  I would assume admin and moderator notifications would apply only to admins and moderators.
