SMF 2.1 - Custom Image Width/Height Values Sometimes Ignored

If a custom width/height is specified when an image is inserted inline and the maximum width/height values configured for images in posts in 'Attachment Settings' have lower values the custom values are ignored.

Maximum display width/height configured to 150px.


Inline image is configured with custom width of 384px but only displays as 150px.


If maximum display width/height are configured to more than custom height/width, or to '0', the image displays as per the custom values. 


This may be working as intended but there is no indication when the insert options are displayed to indicate there are maximum width/height values already set and that the displayed inline image size will not exceed these values.

I believe that works as intended (but a hint about that in the upload UI would be helpful).
