Just wondering why my "who is online" is not showing IP adress

No you cannot: those are THEIR addresses. Not sure why you would want to change them

Well in the image i posted I am NYKA and my IP adress is 98.5.4.16 not what is shown.

Im not trying to change the IP I would just like to see it in the ipv4 format that I and use to seeing.

You seem to misunderstand. IPv4 and IPv6 are not just different formats for the same address. They are completely different addresses. If IPv6 addresses are showing up in your logs, that is because people are connecting to your server using IPv6 addresses. That's fine. In fact, it's good. There is no reason to try to change that.

In 2024, most ISPs assign their customers both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address, so that they can connect to remote servers using either. So you yourself have both, and your computer is automatically (and correctly) choosing to use its IPv6 address to connect to your web server. This is right and good. Don't worry about it.
