Link to the post in question? If it's visible to guests, would be a whole lot easier to understand if we could actually see it instead of images of it.

I'd be curious, because you say the picture is showing what a guest sees, but that should not be possible.
You also speak of a guest post, but that is not a guest post - It is clearly a registered user called Visitor.
Also, sometimes servers show different content to different users, but always keep showing wrong details when caching goes wrong. So multiple eyes could be helpful.
