Turn off warning - " this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days"

Is there any way to turn off this warning ?

"The message has the following error or errors that must be corrected before continuing:
Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic."

There are older messages on my forum that only receive sporadic replies and I'd prefer the warning didn't come up.

Go to: Administration Center ► Posts and Topics ► Topic Settings

Set "Time before topic is warned as old on reply" to 0.
