Identifying the currently selected/loaded theme id

I'm having a hard time finding a way to accurately identify the currently loaded theme id. I have found that "$context['user']['theme_id']" is reliable for fetching the default theme that a user has selected; however if someone quick changes theme with the "?theme=4" parameter it will not reflect that; I have not been able to find a variable that shows what the actual current theme id is.

There must be one out there, can you help me find it?

Ah that's perfect, I always seem to struggle on the simple stuff! Works great
