What should I do with this error code?

Every time I navigate to a different category or topic in the forum, an error appears in the error log.
Error type: Critical
Error message: Database error, given array of integer values is empty. (members)
Function: execute

Do you have any records in the background tasks table?

I would delete the oldest one.  Something is hanging it up.

Repeat until it clears.

If that fixes it, & if you have any thoughts on the hung up tasks & how/why they are hung up, please share.
