Is there a way of knowing when a member updates their email address?

The action of changing an email address is stored in the smf_log_actions table if I recall it correctly. You can run a sql query to pull the email address actions to see who updated them. Or you can request a mod as well for this and hopefully someone will pick it up and code it for you.
