The domain hosting company has recently made some security updates and that stopped the forum email queue from processing. Our forum is running on SMTP with port 2525. As a result of this update, I had to change the SMTP port to 465, however, the recipients are still unable to receive the emails, although the emails are being sent from the forum. The domain hosting company has advised to check if the software is using SSL/TLS. Can you please help me figure it out? Thanks

You probably need to add this at the beginning of your SMTP server setting,  ssl://

You also may need to add DKIM and other records to your server configuration...
