Child boards make parents stay as new (permissions)

I noitced this while playing survivior. If a child board you cannot even see has new posts, then it'll keep the parent marked as new.

i.e. Chit Chat and Survivor get marked as new even though there are no new posts that I can see

I don't see that as a bug. I think it's a feature and one Ilike.

It's annoying to those of us who rely on this to decide whether or not to read a board.
