Problems converting from PHPBB2

I'm trying to convert my PHPBB forum to SMF. I set up the SMF forum, and used the convertor given on the downloads page. It converted everything successfully, but a lot of the boards don't appear. I can access them if I replace the board ID of one board I can access to that of one I can't, but when I try to do that in the Admin panel to modify the board and move it, it won't work.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Oh, wait! I went into Forum Matenance and hit Find and Repair Errors and it worked! I now have all the boards. Okay, umm, no use for this I guess.

I want to comvert too but I have over 100 mods in phpbb and a lot of change in DB
how many mods did you have?
