Strange display. Take a look & tell me what's goofed.

I installes SMF yesterday.   All is well as far as I am concerned.  I have had no issues personally.  A couple members of the forum are having a display issue().  This is what they see:



Is this an Internet exploder issue?  A hiccup?  Theme issue maybe?  The users say it happens ocasionally and randomly when viewing threads.   I installed 1.05 because my host recommended and offered it through fantastico.

I'll take any suggestions as what to check/do.  This is NOT a big issue -I'm more curious than anything.

after hitting f5 it should gone but i didn't saw anthing like that.

Just a follow up.  It seems to happen with IE on XP and refreshing the screen does not solve it.  It also seemed to revolve around Glowing & moving text in the signature.  I turned off these features and found the problem seemed to be cured.  Why this happens I don't know but it seems to be solved.
