Trying to upgrade to 1.0.6 Please help?

I got my package manager working and just tried to do an upgrade..

I'm getting one failure, can someone help please?

Package Manager - Install Actions

any chance I can get help on this please? I was instructed to start a new thread and I did..still can't get an answer? I'm new at this and want to learn ;)

Did you check the permissions for that file? Try to change the permission to 777 and re-try the upgrade.

I think you can ignore the failure but you have to click on the [Proceed] button.
