time mod or arranging mod ?

this mod could help you to arrange merged posts so they don't mixed and you could do that by changing the time of the posts not too much maybe hours without changing any thing else
and this mod will be for admins and moderators
anyone could help me  ?? 
I am back. I will try to catch up with some stuff soon.
