Making a theme "stick" - certain IE settings necessary?

I'm an admin on our board, so I have full rights to everything.  I access from home and from work.  At work, the theme we've installed constantly comes up when I visit.  When I'm at home, the plain default theme shows instead.  I have to go into my "Look and Layout" and re-select the theme (which is, incidentally, the one it says I'm currently using), in order to see our theme.

Can anyone give me some insight as to why I can't get my theme to stick at home?  I'm using IE 6.0 with SP2 - the same at work, and the settings appear to be the same, but perhaps I'm missing something.
