ip block mod

ok guys here is the thing. i know in smf you can ban people by the IP but sometimes i have problems with that cause they just come back and make a new account under the same IP i dont know how but they do. plus i have run into where it blocks other people aswell.

so here is your goal.

make a mod that can ban them for life no matter what. so they can not come back and make a new account. but it has to work with the new version of smf. plus i want it to be able to stop people that think they can make more then one account under the same ip before they get banned.

so basicly i want a mod that can stop people from makeing more then one account under the same IP.

can this be done? if so can someone do it?

You can do full IP bans. They won't be able to do a thing. And you can do it on a higher level IP too, like 122.62.*.*

Until they find a proxy...

Nobody can protect against proxies, unless you can find a long IP list for them and block them all.
