Need help making a template, willing to pay

I have a site that i want to add simple machines to. I have the look of the site done in all xhtml and Css, it is all controled with a style sheet, Would someone be willing to take my site and make a template so it looks seemless to the rest of the site, I am willing to pay, i need to get this done asap!
any help would be greatly appriciated!
