Cookies, Bridge and Mambo

Mambo: 4.5.3h
Bridge: 3.19a
SMF: 1.0.7

Can someone please clarify what the cookie name problem that occurs when using the combination of the above.  I completed the installation of the bridge without any problems however when I login using the SMF login module for Mambo it only logs in the user in SMF and not in mambo.  I had read somewhere that you need to change or add some code in MOS_SMF.php to bring the session cookie names in line to get to work correctly but I can't find it now.  TIA
