"Display Attachment as Picture in Post" option in user profile.

members with 56k conexion don't like see as picture.
but members with adsl conexion yes.

Sounds like a good idea. I (think) this is already an option in the admin center, but I do think it would be a good idea to allow users to choose as well. It would improve speed for those who would rather click on the attachment name to view it than see a rather large attached image in the post.
