Registration Page - changing part of the text??

Hi everyone,

I've had a wee look around but cant find anything.

I was wondering if its possible to change part of the registration page, When someone registers the writing next to the Username parts says Used only for identification by SMF. You can use special characters after logging in, by changing your displayed name in your profile.

I want to change it to say Used only for identification by Footie Fotos

Is this possible
